Workshop Description
1 day workshop With Keiko Johnson All levels welcome All materials provided Ages 18+ In this class, you’ll learn to pipe delicate anko (sweet bean paste) sunflowers onto cupcakes. Anko, a traditional Japanese confection made from white beans, won’t melt in your hands like buttercream — giving you time to practice, adjust, and perfect your piping technique. By the end, you’ll have decorated two cupcakes with beautiful anko sunflowers to take home with you.
