Workshop Description
4 day workshop +limited studio time With Ashanty Cruz Need to have taken Centering+Cylinders or know how to center and throw a cylinder Ages 18+ Take the next step on the wheel! Building on your cylinder skills, you’ll learn to shape, trim, and glaze your pieces, with limited open studio time and firing fees included. What to bring: Leftover clay from your Centering + Cylinders session, or purchase a new bag at the studio. Wear an apron or clothes you don’t mind getting dirty! Note: This is a skills-focused workshop — while a few select pieces will be fired, the emphasis is on practice and building a strong foundation. Prerequisite: You should have completed our Centering + Cylinders workshop or have solid experience centering and pulling a cylinder.
