Workshop Description
1 day workshop With Sandra Schachat + Nadia Richards All levels welcome Ages 18+ Come learn the basics of making your own rubber stamps. Erasers are an easy, budget friendly way to learn about the art of relief block printing. Sandra and Nadia will walk you through proper techniques for carving, how to get crisp stamps and prints, teach proper safety when carving, and so much more. You’ll walk away with a set of stamps (6 or more depending on how many sides of the eraser you decide to carve) you can use in a variety of ways! Disclaimer: Please be aware that carving gouges are very sharp, and even with proper technique and safety practices, cuts can occasionally happen. Bandaids will be on hand! All materials provided Ages 18+
