2 day workshop With Scarlett Yuki All levels welcome Ages 18+ In this two-day workshop, Scarlett shares Shiisaa hand-building techniques she learned in Tsuboya, Naha City—the heart of Okinawa’s pottery traditions. Learn these techniques as you’re guided in sculpting your own guardian duo to protect home and family. Over two, 3-hour sessions (sat+sun), you’ll craft a dynamic duo: 🦁 A male Shiisaa, mouth open to scare away evil spirits 🦁 A female Shiisaa, mouth closed to keep the blessings in and guard against mischief -These hand-built guardians can be displayed outside your home, offering both beauty and protection. No clay experience needed—just bring your creativity and a love for culture and craftsmanship! -Let your hands shape tradition, and leave with a powerful, personalized pair of guardians.
