Workshop Description
*2 day ceramics workshop With Dane Nakama Experience recommended, but not required. Ages 18+ Called a Shisa, Shíshī, Singha, Komainu, Haetae, and by many other names - throughout asia the mythical beasts of guardian lions or lion dogs have protected homes and families for centuries. In this workshop learn how to make your very own guardian figure through a variety of hand building techniques. Previous hand building experience encouraged but not mandatory. *this workshop is not held on consecutive days.
