Workshop Description
1 day workshop With Yuji Haraguchi Ages 18+ Join us for this knife sharpening demonstration with Chef Yuji Haraguchi. Learn about the different shapes of knives and how each is used in cooking, the different types of steels used in making knives, and how to sharpen a single edged knife vs a double edged one. Each student is welcome to bring one knife for Chef Yuji to sharpen during the session.

if for any reason you are unable to attend our workshop, we kindly request that you pass on the opportunity to a friend who may benefit from it. please note that we can only offer a 50% refund on a case-by-case basis, and only under extenuating circumstances. unfortunately, we cannot provide any refunds within 72 hours of the workshop start time. as an artist-led organization, we have dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to carefully plan and prepare for this workshop, including purchasing materials. we ask that you please respect our hard work and commitment before making a purchase. thank you for your understanding. if a class is canceled due to low attendance or teacher emergency then you may receive a full refund or choose another available class to attend.
