Chef Yuji Haraguchi returns to Fishcake for his fourth sold-out omakase — a night shaped by craft, community, and deep culinary roots. A master of nose-to-tail philosophy and sustainable seafood, Yuji brings his expertise from Japan and Brooklyn’s OKONOMI to our table, highlighting seasonal ingredients and regional specialties. This special edition features three types of ramen and seven elegant sushi courses, guiding you through a flavor journey across Japan. Each dish is intentional, humble, and deeply expressive — a reflection of Yuji’s reverence for both tradition and innovation.
