Shipping Policy

In stock items may take up to 3 business days to pack and ship in addition to the transit time selected by the preferred shipping carrier. Any items that require additional time (such as made-to-order jewelry or apparel) will have the lead time stated in the product description. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the US.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, fishcake does not offer refunds for merchandise purchased online.

 

Some items purchased online are considered final sale and unable to be exchanged. Items in their original condition may be exchanged for store credit within two weeks of purchase. Buyer is responsible for shipping all unwanted merchandise back to us. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, we will be able to issue the appropriate amount of store credit. Please keep in mind, if you are uncertain about a product, it is easier to ask ahead for additional information, than to purchase and exchange. No shipping costs will be refunded.
