PARKING AVAILABLE for dinner event in the Marie lousie cleaners lot at 331 kamani st next door to fishcake. 

Six-Course Menu

Amuse-Bouche

  • Crispy Salmon & Kanpachi Bites Locally sourced salmon and kanpachi, served with a creamy smoked hamachi dip.

First Course

  • Sake Cured Sashimi Sake-cured fresh catch from Hawaii's waters, with yuzu kosho, puffed rice, Ho Farms radish, and basil oil.

Second Course

  • Opah Pastrami Salad A mix of pickled ogo, sea grapes, Pohole fern shoots, and Sumida Farm watercress, topped with a yogurt poppyseed dressing.

Third Course

  • Seared Scallops Hokkaido scallops with Dungeness crab congee, roasted maitake mushrooms, and chili garlic crunch.

Main Course

  • Poached Whole Kanpachi A stunning family-style poached kanpachi, served with Ho Farms tomatoes, bacon leek jam, Wailea Ag hearts of palm, and yuzu butter sauce.

Dessert

  • Corn and Truffle Ice Cream A unique Ewa sweet corn and truffle ice cream, served with furikake Hawaiian sea salt popcorn and Laie vanilla sweet tea gelée.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  1. Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your reservation. This allows us to accommodate other guests and manage our seating effectively.
  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation time may incur a cancellation fee of  %50 of the total booking amount.
  3. No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, where the reservation is not canceled and the party does not arrive, is non-refundable.
  4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date and time, subject to availability.
