Firing disclaimer:
Dear Customers,
We’re honored you trust us with your masterpieces — we treat every piece with the utmost care.
Please remember: ceramics is an unpredictable art. Imperfections or accidents can happen, and by leaving work with us, you agree not to hold fishcake or its partners liable. No refunds will be provided. Finished pieces are ready for pickup 2–4 weeks after drop-off.
Important:
We define production pottery as any drop-off of 20 or more pieces at once. For this, you must reserve a full kiln rental at least 2 weeks in advance with fishschool@gmail.com.
We cannot accept rush jobs or last-minute demands, even for upcoming markets. Thank you for helping us keep the studio running smoothly for everyone!
Thank your support,
fishcake fam
