1 day workshop With Todd Smith All food materials provided ages 18+ PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHARP PARING KNIFE Learn how to hand carve fruits and vegetables into fun and decorative shapes to add the final touches to your dishes. You’ll learn how to turn apples into swans, radishes into mice, along with other enchanting designs. *Note* Please bring your own SHARP paring knife to class.
