Workshop Description

1 day workshop With Chef Yuji Haraguchi All levels welcome Ages 18+ In this hands-on workshop, students will learn the definition of sushi and the proper way to make sushi rice. They will also explore the history of sushi’s origins in Japan, its journey to America, and its evolution through the years. Everyone will be able to make their own nigiri and have dinner as a group.
