Workshop Description
3 day workshop With Allison Arakawa Open to all levels Ages 18+ Join Allison and learn to hand build a beautiful matcha chawan (bowl). Allow your creativity to flow as you craft a one-of-a-kind chawan and decorate it with your personal touch. On the last day of the workshop, enjoy a serene experience as you discover the art of preparing matcha while enjoying traditional Japanese sweets, guided by Ceremony Matcha Tea Professor (Urasenke), Noriko Murakoshi, from Japan. All materials provided. *Please note the different days of the weeks and time in between each day.*

if for any reason you are unable to attend our workshop, we kindly request that you pass on the opportunity to a friend who may benefit from it. please note that we can only offer a 50% refund on a case-by-case basis, and only under extenuating circumstances. unfortunately, we cannot provide any refunds within 72 hours of the workshop start time. as an artist-led organization, we have dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to carefully plan and prepare for this workshop, including purchasing materials. we ask that you please respect our hard work and commitment before making a purchase. thank you for your understanding. if a class is canceled due to low attendance or teacher emergency then you may receive a full refund or choose another available class to attend.
