Workshop Description
1 day workshop With Christine Gardner All levels welcome Ages 18+ Sashiko bowl: a hand-stitched catch-all for the little things that always wander…rings, keys, AirPods, hair ties, and bedside essentials. Turn fabric scraps into a beautiful, functional stitched bowl using Japanese Sashiko-inspired hand stitching. In this 3 hour make-and-take class, you’ll learn the calming rhythm of “little stabs” stitching, then shape your patched cloth into a sturdy bowl. No experience needed. This is beginner-friendly and deeply satisfying. All materials provided (upcycled fabrics, backing, needle, thread, pattern pieces, and embellishments).
