1 day workshop With Keiko Johnson All levels welcome Ages 18+ In this class, you’ll learn how to add color to mashed potatoes and pipe them into beautiful flowers to decorate your dish. Mashed potatoes are soft and easy to work with — perfect for beginners! Unlike buttercream, they won’t melt in your hands, so you can take your time to pipe, re-pipe, and fix details as needed. From simple petals to intricate flower designs, you’ll explore how to turn an ordinary mashed potato dish into a colorful, elegant party plate — perfect for the holiday season table. All materials provided.
