Workshop Description
3 day workshop With Nadia Richards+Raya Llopis All materials provided All levels welcome Ages 18+ Save the date to make your own tasting plate! Join Nadia as she teaches you how to hand build and personalize a snack plate just for you! After the plates have fired, Raya will have lesson on East Asian medicine+nutrition, focusing on how to stay cool, calm, and hydrated during the heat of the season. Each participant will get a small blend of herbal tea to take home along with recipe ideas and a handout on seasonal living tips. *Please note that July 30 will not be as long as the first two session*
