studio access subscription and cancellation

Access your online account from www.fishcake.us to check your statements or to cancel open studio subscription. You may also request to cancel via email info@fishcake.us, please do this at least 7 days before your billing date. Your last day of studio access will be the end of the billing cycle. You will receive an automatic email about the cancellation and a reminder to clear out your locker. 

Within one week of cancellation be sure to: 

• clear out your locker 

• clay 

• works in progress 

• finished work

• pay off any owing balances 

Any possessions left behind will be discarded or turned over to the studio tool library.

*If card on file is canceled or payment is disrupted for other reasons, your subscription will be canceled. If you did not intend to cancel your open studio membership, please call 808-800-6151 or email us at info@fishcake.us so we may reinstate the subscription.
