fishcafe is a rotating culinary artist incubator space sponsored by fishcake, allowing food makers to experiment with their recipes or fine food craft, grow their clientele, and eventually graduate into their own space or next project. with over 25 rotating food vendors, guests can dine in and taste the range of featured farm-to-table chefs rotating in the pop-up cafe space.​
